Shipping & returns
All products are shipped from Australia. Delivery lead times will vary depending on which country they are being delivered to. Most orders will be delivered within 2- 5 working days. All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and international orders via DHL Express. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 1pm, on the weekend or a public holiday, will be dispatched the next business day.
We offer 30 day returns for a full refund on all items, other than those which have been personalised/monogrammed.
