ORDER DISPATCH

Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Thursday will be dispatched that day.  Orders placed after 12pm, or on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, will be dispatched the next business day.

ORDER DISPATCH - PERSONALISED ITEMS

We take extra care with personalised orders, so please allow up to two business days for dispatch. Orders with personalisation placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, will be dispatched within two business days the following week.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Australia, with Australian orders sent via Australia Post and international orders via AusPost International. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, though timeframes vary by destination. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery lead times are based on AusPost estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. While we take great care to dispatch every order promptly, once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery timeframes are beyond our control.
