All products are shipped from Australia. Delivery lead times will vary depending on which country they are being delivered to. Most orders will be delivered within 2- 5 working days. All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and international orders via AusPost International. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

At the discretion of Australia Post, we cannot guarantee delivery before December 25th.
For orders placed in December, we offer a complimentary extended returns policy of 90 days.

ORDER DISPATCH
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 1pm, on the weekend or a public holiday, will be dispatched the next business day.
ORDER DISPATCH - PERSONALISED ITEMS
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched within two business days. Orders placed after 11am, on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be dispatched within three days.
