All products are shipped from Australia. Delivery lead times will vary depending on which country they are being delivered to. Most orders will be delivered within 2- 10 working days. All orders are sent via Australia Post and are trackable (other than International Post – standard).
We offer 30 day returns on all items, other than those which have been personalised/monogrammed. Email us at hello@kinnon.com.au to let us know you will be returning your item, and so long as it arrives back in its original packaging and exactly the same condition as it was when we shipped it to you, we will offer a full refund.
